Role Summary

As a Recruiter for our client, you will be responsible for sourcing, engaging and shortlisting specialist Automation resources to service a wide range of client requirements.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and shortlisting of specialist Automation resources
  • Cultivating a strong pipeline of Automation resources to fulfill both immediate and future project requirements
  • Maintenance of internal Applicant Tracking System (ATS), ensuring records are kept up to date, accurate and GDPR compliant
  • Ownership of entire candidate onboarding process from initial technical screening, to interview prep, offer process, contract process, and management of resource queries ahead of starting their new role

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience working as a Recruiter with a track record and network preferably in one of the following disciplines - Automation, Computer System Validation (CSV), and Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES).

  • Exceptional communication and organizational skills
  • Team player with a strong collaborative mindset
  • Self-motivated and driven to consistently contribute to team and company success
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks concurrently, efficiently and professionally
  • Solid computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook) and previous experience using an ATS
