Key Responsibilities
  • Sourcing and engaging specialist Automation resources to service client requirements.
  • Cultivating a strong pipeline of Automation resources to fulfill both immediate and future project requirements.
  • Maintaining records in our internal system, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations.
  • Managing the candidate onboarding process from initial technical screening, to interview preparation, offer process, contract process, and resource queries ahead of starting their new role.

Effective collaboration and communication are essential in this role, as you will be working closely with colleagues and maintaining close relationships with all resources placed.

Qualifications and Requirements

The ideal candidate will have 3-5 years' experience working as a Recruiter, preferably in one of the following disciplines: Automation, Computer System Validation (CSV), or Manufacturing Execution Systems (MES). They will also have previous experience recruiting within Pharmaceutical and Biotechnology, with exceptional communication and organizational skills. Additionally, they should possess a strong collaborative mindset, self-motivation, and a drive to contribute to team and company success.
