Job Overview

We are a dynamic and highly experienced automation and digital systems consultancy, providing world-leading services to the Life Sciences and FMCG sectors.

Our focus is on providing industry solutions and services with extensive experience in lean analysis, process optimisation, system integration, equipment automation, MES solutions, manufacturing intelligence and project management.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage control strategy development and system integration delivery for both continuous and batch manufacturing processes.
  • Liaise with internal engineering teams, site teams, vendors and clients, manage system design, testing and commissioning.
  • Lead the delivery of system integration projects, working closely with other engineering disciplines and project management from concept through to construction.
  • Develop control strategies, logic and programming for complex batch control applications.
  • Collaborate with clients and project teams to ensure successful integration of systems with existing plant infrastructure.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field.
  • Minimum 10 years of experience working with DCS systems.
  • Proficiency in configuration software (Delta V Explorer, Control Studio, etc.).
  • Proficiency in hardware design and testing.
  • Knowledge of regulatory standards and compliance requirements in Life Sciences industries e.g. GAMP, ISA-S88, ISA-95, ISA-62443.
  • Strong understanding of process control principles and industrial automation systems.
