Job Overview

This role will support systems used in the management of clinical trials. The Clinical Systems Management/Emerging Technology Operations team delivers innovative and reliable solutions to enable clinical development and speed medicines to patients.


Responsibilities include maintaining a strong working knowledge of various systems used across clinical trials, managing business systems, providing technical knowledge and coordination, resolving system issues quickly, and supporting system users with queries and incidents.


The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or IT, or equivalent work experience, and excellent oral and written communication skills. Strong problem-solving skills, self-management and organizational skills are also required.


Beyond the essential qualifications, an advanced degree in a relevant field, experience in clinical development data systems, and knowledge of regulatory and quality requirements governing clinical data development are highly desirable.
