Job Title:
Site Manager Radiographer

As a Site Manager Radiographer, you will be responsible for leading and guiding a team of radiographers to provide exceptional patient care. You will manage the department's workload, staff, and patient care, ensuring the highest standards are maintained.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize patient and staff safety
- Manage an engaged and motivated team
- Utilize internal resources and supports effectively
- Provide high-quality service and ensure excellent patient care
- Manage rostering, training, absence management, annual leave, and HR-related issues
- Review skill mix and maximize staff rotation across sites
- Recruit new staff and perform bi-annual performance management

Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Active CORU registration
- Ability to lead and guide a team
- Recognized post-grad qualification in MRI/CT/PET or 6+ years of experience in a large hospital setting
- Commitment to quality and safety
- Experience working with a team of radiographers
