Quality Process Manager

We're seeking a detail-driven Quality Process Manager to oversee the management of regulated processes across our Global Development organization.

This role involves supporting our Veeva Quality Suite-based eQMS, which manages quality events, actions, and audits within our global development operations.

  • Support the implementation of new features, managing data standards, and overseeing vendor performance within the eQMS
  • Liaise with stakeholders across Clinical, Regulatory, Medical, and Quality functions to ensure system use, support, and compliance align with regulatory requirements
  • Drive process improvements tied to system use, support, and compliance by analyzing data and implementing meaningful changes
Requirements
  • Manage or own quality workflows such as deviations and CAPAs within an electronic QMS
  • Experience in the full system lifecycle, from implementing new features to overseeing data standards and vendor performance
  • Familiarity with the Veeva Quality Suite, especially QualityDocs and QMS modules
  • Hands-on experience with GCP and/or GVP-regulated processes
