Electrical Estimator Job Description

The successful Electrical Estimator will play a key role in the preparation of tender documentation for electrical projects, including the development of enquiry schedules and identification of tender deliverables required from project designers.

They will also be responsible for evaluating quotations from suppliers, preparing bills of quantities for scopes of projects, and inputting into the project risk register. Additionally, they will attend project start-up meetings, site visits, and tender price settlement meetings.

The ideal candidate will have experience in an electrical contracting environment, a relevant third-level degree or trade background, and a minimum of five years' experience in a similar role.

We are looking for a team player with a genuine passion for employee development, who can build project teams from start to finish working closely with engineering, procurement, and operational teams.

This is a permanent position based in our office, with a competitive salary range dependent on experience and qualifications.
