Our enchanting setting at Johnstown Castle Estate, Museum & Gardens is the perfect place to experience the magic of Christmas. We are seeking a warm and engaging individual to join Santa as Mrs. Claus and help create unforgettable memories for our visitors.

Job Role and Responsibilities:

  • Greet families with warmth, kindness and festive cheer.
  • Support Santa in creating magical interactions with children.
  • Tell stories, encourage festive fun and help keep the Christmas spirit alive.
  • Assist with crowd and queue management when needed.
  • Stay in character at all times and maintain a high standard of costume presentation.
  • Provide excellent customer service and ensure every visitor leaves with a smile.

About You:

  • You should be warm, friendly and confident when engaging with children and families.
  • Reliable, flexible and able to bring calm to a busy, festive environment.
  • Comfortable performing in character and embracing the magic of the season.
  • A strong communicator, with patience and a genuine love for working with people.
