Corporate Banking Client Growth Specialist

The role of the Corporate Banking Relationship Associate involves delivering a cross-product client experience and driving revenue growth.
Key responsibilities include managing client onboarding, relationship management, and identifying opportunities for revenue expansion and retention. To achieve this, the successful candidate will work closely with clients and internal stakeholders.
The ideal candidate will possess 5+ years of experience in banking and cash management, as well as strong knowledge of other banking products and excellent interpersonal skills. They will be able to manage multiple client relationships, synthesize complex data into actionable solutions, and demonstrate clear written and verbal communication.
Additional responsibilities include ensuring compliance with credit, risk, and sales processes, partnering with Solution Sales to share feedback on product requirements, and managing documentation deficiency and deferral processes for assigned portfolios.
- Interface with clients and work closely with business partners across Banking, TTS, ICM, and Operations to deliver the cross-product client experience and delivery.
- Work with Banking and TTS Solution Sales & Product Sales Managers to ensure understanding of key TTS Sales activities for portfolio drive completion of projects through product adoption and revenue realization.
- Exhibits a comprehensive understanding of the current banking relationship, return hurdles, relationship strategy, and contributes to development and execution of account plans.
This role requires a strong analytical and problem-solving skillset, as well as the ability to identify potential areas of improvement and actively address them. The successful candidate will be able to navigate complex stakeholder dynamics and drive superior client satisfaction.
