We're seeking a seasoned Talent Acquisition Specialist to lead our global recruitment efforts. This role requires strategic planning, stakeholder management, and cultural understanding.

About the Role

As a hybrid Talent Partner, you'll oversee attraction initiatives for our international hubs in Dublin, London, Buenos Aires, and Karachi. You'll be responsible for building strong relationships with senior leadership, managing interview processes, and ensuring compliance with local employment laws.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies to attract top talent globally.
  • Maintain open communication channels with stakeholders, providing regular updates on progress.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to enhance our employer brand and leverage it to drive attraction efforts.
  • Leverage data analytics to inform recruitment decisions and optimize processes.
  • Become a culture champion, driving initiatives to improve employee engagement and well-being.
  • Communicate and enforce organizational values, positively influencing our company culture.
Requirements

This role demands prior experience in a talent function, preferably in an international organization. The ideal candidate should possess excellent stakeholder management skills, be able to maintain confidentiality, and handle sensitive information discreetly.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Prior experience working with RecTech tools, such as LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS, Calendly, and others.
