The Head of Finance and Corporate Services plays a pivotal leadership role in this esteemed organization. This position involves leading the support services, aligning them with the organizational goals and long-term strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead on strategic planning in finance, human resources, facilities management, and corporate services
  • Manage financial reporting, audits, and procurement processes
  • Oversee HR for all non-teaching staff, including recruitment, training, and performance management
  • Ensure effective facilities maintenance, health & safety compliance, and risk management
  • Drive service improvements, change management, and value for money initiatives

The ideal candidate has proven experience in financial management, including budget preparation and management, financial monitoring, and reporting. They should also possess strong strategic leadership skills, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and the ability to engage with a wide range of stakeholders.

A recognized accountancy qualification is desirable but not essential.
