Cost Improvement Project Manager

This key role will lead the optimization of product design and development to reduce costs across all EMEA product lines. Working closely with engineering site managers, you will drive innovation and streamline processes.

  • Achieving results through effective project management is essential for this position.
  • You should possess advanced skills in finance, leadership, communication, influence, negotiation, and conflict resolution.
  • A degree in Engineering is required.
Responsibilities
  • You will define and implement a standardized approach to working with site engineering managers.
  • Ensure transparency regarding VAVE projects life cycle, investments, and benefits.
  • Set process metric goals to achieve VAVE improvements in the project lifecycle.
  • Mentor and coach project leaders on project management fundamentals.
  • Schedule and lead timely status review meetings and ensure stakeholder involvement.
