Job Role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our team. As a key member of our staff, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring that customers have an outstanding experience in our cafe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Clearing and setting up tables, restocking and replenishing as needed to maintain a clean and welcoming environment.
  • Providing customer service and ensuring high standards of customer care by being attentive, responsive, and professional at all times.
  • Using the till to scan items and take payments, managing queues in a timely manner to minimize wait times and maximize customer satisfaction.
  • Maintaining good knowledge of food and retail products to make informed recommendations and answer customer queries.
  • FOLLOWING strict health and safety procedures and completing training in all areas to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Performing opening and closing duties as outlined by your line manager to ensure seamless operations.
Requirements
  • Cleanliness and Organisation are essential skills for this role.
  • Experience working in a physically demanding environment is highly desirable.
  • Excellent timekeeping is a critical requirement.
  • Effective teamwork and communication skills are essential for success in this role.
