Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Customer Service Representative to join our dynamic team.

About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated individual to deliver exceptional customer service and play a key role in our business success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Greet customers and provide top-notch customer service from initial contact to resolution of their queries.
  • Analyze customer concerns and diagnose issues to ensure prompt resolution.
  • Determine and communicate relevant work orders to technicians for completion.
  • Source necessary parts from suppliers and verify delivery to technicians.
  • Evaluate and ensure that all automotive work meets high-quality standards.
  • Invoice and collect payment from customers for services rendered.
  • Resolve customer complaints regarding services in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Manage customer records and input data into computer systems.
Requirements:
  • Develop effective communication skills to build rapport, trust, and credibility with customers.
  • Practice active listening to comprehend customer needs and motivations.
  • Present products and services in a clear and enthusiastic manner.
  • Utilize customer records and data to personalize the customer experience and foster relationships.
  • Link features and benefits to customer needs for additional work identified and services offered.
  • Explain complex technical information in a way that is easily understandable by customers.
  • Previous customer service experience is highly desirable.
  • A technical understanding or background is also preferred.
  • A full, clean driving license is required.
