About the Role
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service in a fast-paced retail environment.
  • You will work closely with the Shop Manager and Assistant Manager to ensure seamless day-to-day operations.
Key Responsibilities
  • Assist with opening and closing procedures, including cash management and shop presentation standards.
  • Manage and guide the shop team, promoting a positive and productive working environment.
  • Develop strong relationships with customers, ensuring they receive a memorable and enjoyable experience.
  • Process customer transactions accurately and efficiently, using multiple channels such as betting terminals and EPOS systems.
  • Act as a brand ambassador, introducing customers to our multi-channel digital journey.
  • Work under pressure, remaining calm and focused while continuously seeking ways to improve yourself and the shop.
  • Maintain high-quality shop presentation standards throughout your working day.
  • Adhere to all safety, compliance, and operational procedures.
