About this role

We are seeking a skilled Customer Care Representative to join our team. As a Customer Care Representative, you will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound contact from our customers by responding to and resolving queries, logging different contact types, and recording interactions.

You will use your skills and knowledge to deliver appropriate solutions and provide an effortless service to our customers.

The successful candidate will manage product and service problems by clarifying the customer's query and identifying and implementing a resolution. They will also take ownership of the issue and follow through on commitments made, recommending improvements based on customer needs analysis.

Key responsibilities:

  • Participate in daily conversations with managers
  • Share knowledge freely with colleagues
