Role Overview

Key Responsibilities:
  • Build strong relationships with customers through friendly and helpful interactions.
  • Maintain high standards of inventory management and stock loss control.
  • Ensure the store's cleanliness and hygiene standards are consistently met.
  • Adhere to freshness and rotation principles to keep products fresh and appealing to customers.
  • Properly manage waste disposal and participate in the stock count process as required.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • A strong desire to provide exceptional customer service and a willingness to go above and beyond.
  • A responsible and reliable nature, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate with colleagues to achieve shared goals.
  • Prior customer-facing experience is beneficial, but not essential if you possess the right attitude and enthusiasm.
Benefits Package:
  • A competitive salary, rising to €17.40 per hour after 3 years.
  • Unsocial hours worked (12am to 7am)

Salary Progression:
  • Year 1: Basic €15.10; Unsocial €18.88; Overtime €22.65; Bank Holiday €30.20
  • Year 2: Basic €15.70; Unsocial €19.63; Overtime €23.55; Bank Holiday €31.40
  • Year 3: Basic €16.40; Unsocial €20.50; Overtime €24.60; Bank Holiday €32.80
  • Year 4: Basic €17.40; Unsocial €21.75; Overtime €26.10; Bank Holiday €34.80
