Job Opportunity:

  • This position involves site-specific cleaning duties including vacuuming, dusting, surface cleaning, mopping, and upkeep of bathroom facilities.
  • The successful candidate will be responsible for completing accurate paperwork, including sign-in sheets, toilet check sheets, incident reports, timesheets, and stock order forms.
  • Maintenance and storage of cleaning stock, consumables, and equipment are also key responsibilities.
  • Reporting site issues, maintenance requirements, or Health & Safety concerns to the Area Supervisor is essential.
  • Compliance with Health & Safety regulations at all times is required.
  • Corrective actions following internal quality audits will be taken by the successful candidate.
  • A positive working relationship with clients must be maintained on a daily basis.
  • Additional duties may be assigned by the Area Supervisor or Client as needed.

  • Strong communication, organisation, and listening skills are necessary.
  • Ability to prioritise workload and multi-task, particularly under pressure.
  • Independence and teamwork are both important.
  • Customer service skills and a client-focused approach are required.
  • Cleaning skills and equipment usage (training provided).
  • English language skills: spoken, written, and understanding.

Experience:

  • Previous experience in contract cleaning is desirable, but full training will be provided.
  • Supervisory or supporting experience of a small team is an advantage.
