We are seeking a compassionate and creative professional to join our dynamic team.
As a keyworker, you will empower individuals with intellectual disabilities, autism, and acquired brain injuries to live fulfilling lives as active members of their community.
Your Role- Support individuals in identifying and achieving personal goals in employment, education, and social inclusion.
- Facilitate community engagement by helping people build friendships, access activities, and develop natural support networks.
- Explore assistive technology and creative solutions to enhance independence.
- Collaborate with families and local services to create sustainable, person-centred support plans.
- A patient, adaptable, and motivated individual who is committed to supporting people through challenges.
- A natural connector who loves helping others build relationships and engage with their community.
- A proactive and innovative individual who thinks outside the box to find opportunities for growth and independence.
- A strong communicator who builds trust with individuals, families, and colleagues.
- Degree in Social Care or related field (or equivalent experience).
- 2+ years of experience in disability/social care (open to relevant transferable skills).
- Full clean driver's license (required for community-based support).
