Job Title:

Service Operations Manager

As a seasoned Service Operations Manager, you will play a vital role in the leadership team, contributing significantly to the delivery and continuous improvement of residential services.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead, support, and inspire teams to deliver safe, person-centred services.
  • Ensure full compliance with regulatory standards and follow through on inspection outcomes.
  • Drive continuous quality improvement through audits and Quality Improvement Plans.
  • Oversee referrals, admissions, and transition processes.
  • Promote a culture of dignity, respect, and independence for all residents.
  • Take responsibility for governance, leadership, risk management, health & safety, training, and service development.

 

Requirements:

  • A Level 7+ Degree in Social Care, Nursing, or Social Care Management.
  • Minimum of 2 years management experience at PIC level (or above) within Disability Services or another relevant human service.
  • Experience managing multiple designated centres.
  • Strong knowledge of HIQA regulations, safeguarding legislation, and person-centred planning.
  • A full drivers license and access to own transport.
