Facilities Maintenance Leader

Take charge of operations and ensure seamless functionality by leading a skilled team in the execution of all maintenance activities.
Responsibilities- Oversee and manage the Computerized Maintenance Management System (CMMS) to guarantee timely completion of Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM).
- Coordinate maintenance initiatives to minimize downtime and optimize operational efficiency.
- Drive, refine, and expand preventative maintenance programs across the facility to enhance overall performance.
- Maintain high standards of Health, Safety, and Hygiene, aligned with regulatory requirements.
- Source parts, services, and manage third-party repair contracts as needed.
- Support ongoing continuous improvement and lean engineering endeavors.
- Prioritize maintenance tasks efficiently, allocating work and resources effectively.
- Conduct regular stock checks and keep inventory systems up to date.
- Accurately maintain comprehensive maintenance records.
- Minimum 5 years experience in a Maintenance leadership role, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
- Qualification in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering, or equivalent.
- Strong mechanical and electrical knowledge of plant and equipment.
- Proven experience in managing and executing preventative maintenance systems.
- An electrical background is beneficial but not essential.
- Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting capabilities.
- Proficient in MS Office and general IT systems.
- Clear, effective communication skills.
- Full, clean driving license required.
