Transfer Operations Professional

We are seeking an experienced Analyst, Transfer Operations to join our team.
The ideal candidate will have excellent analytical and communication skills, with a strong understanding of Anti Money Laundering (AML) regulations and procedures.
In this role, you will be responsible for conducting reviews of investor documentation, providing feedback on the work of others, and responding to internal and external inquiries related to AML requirements.
You will also have the opportunity to improve operational processes and resolve problems in a collaborative team environment.
This is a full-time position requiring a high level of autonomy and initiative.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct first and second reviews of investor documentation to a high standard
- Review the work of others and provide constructive feedback as required
- Respond to internal and external inquiries related to AML requirements
- Improve operational processes and resolve problems
- Excellent analytical and communication skills
- Strong understanding of AML regulations and procedures
- Ability to work independently and take initiative
- Experience with Microsoft and Peoplesoft systems preferred
- A dynamic and collaborative work environment
