As a key member of our team, we are seeking a highly skilled Beauty Advisor to join our staff.
This is an excellent opportunity for someone who has a passion for beauty and customer service. In this role, you will be responsible for ensuring the cosmetic counters and shop floor sales are at their best, as well as being the main point of contact for our valued customers for all premium brands.
We are looking for someone with excellent communication skills, the ability to work well under pressure, and a keen eye for detail. You will be expected to maintain high standards in terms of customer service and ensure that all targets are met.
The successful candidate will have a strong understanding of the beauty industry and be up-to-date with the latest trends and products. You will also be required to keep accurate records and maintain a clean and organized working environment.
Key Responsibilities:- Monitor counter and ensure all weekly / monthly / yearly targets are met.
- Responsible for the smooth and successful running of the cosmetic house.
- Regular cleaning and re-organising of front counters.
- Generate customer interest - events, displays, posters, etc.
- Keep up to date on make-up trends and marketing campaigns.
- Keep up to date with all paperwork.
- Regular stock date checking.
- Stock takes and rolling stock takes.
- Ordering of stock and ensuring correct stock levels.
- End of lines, identify and sell through.
- Cover other areas of the store when busy.
- Display excellent customer service skills.
- Ability to deal with high volumes of customers.
- Good organisational skills at all times.
- Work on own initiative.
- Proactive in personal development.
- Ensure in-depth product knowledge and alerting Manager if there are any training gaps or requirements.
