Job Title: Technical Liaison

This is a full-time contract role for 5 months. If you are open to working on a contract for this duration, please apply to discuss further opportunities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Single point of contact for customer requests, ensuring timely execution
  • Coordinate activities between customer and installation vendor
  • Ensure customer satisfaction by checking installations are complete and up-to-date
  • Handle incoming customer requests, both from external/internal calls and emails, and from vendors
Requirements:
  • Strong understanding of products and what drives customer satisfaction
  • Automotive telematics background and experience in a customer-facing role
  • Experience with industrial systems, electronics, or similar hands-on work is a plus
  • Fluent written and verbal communication in English and another European language is a plus
  • Experience with CRM systems such as Salesforce would be preferred
Preferred Skills:
  • Vendor management and scheduling servicing
  • Problem-solving and structured approach to open matters
  • Methodical documentation skills

About the Role: As a technical liaison, you will be responsible for managing customer experience and service level in a fast-paced environment. You will assist customers on a daily basis through scheduling activities related to installations, technical visits, hardware replacement, and working closely with installation partners and customer support colleagues.
