Job DescriptionWe are seeking a Support Worker to work as part of our multidisciplinary team, providing support to individuals with disabilities in their own homes or community settings. The successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Providing personal care and assistance with daily living tasks;
- Supporting individuals to engage in activities that promote their independence, well-being, and quality of life;
- Assisting with household chores and meal preparation;
- Encouraging and promoting social interaction and community engagement;
- Maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns or issues to the relevant authorities;
To be considered for this role, you will need to have:
- A qualification in Social Care or a related field (e.g., Diploma in Health and Social Care);
- Experience working with adults with disabilities or vulnerable populations;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team;
- Physical ability to perform tasks that require lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods;
- Commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection policies;
