Empower individuals with disabilities to live independent lives in their home and community. This role requires a relevant qualification and experience working with service users in the disability sector.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support the development of person-centred plans to enhance the lives of service users.

  • Transport service users to access community facilities and services.

Requirements:

  • Be over 18 years old.
