Disability Residential Support Specialist

Are you an experienced and dedicated social care professional seeking a rewarding career in disability residential service?
This role involves providing comprehensive care for vulnerable adults and children, promoting their physical, emotional, and mental well-being.
Key Responsibilities- Provide person-centered care through a supportive approach meeting the needs of residents with intellectual disabilities, ABI, or Autism.
- Act as a key worker for assigned residents, facilitating their individual goals and education.
- Support daily living skills such as cooking, cleaning, laundry, and attending appointments.
- Collaborate within a multi-disciplinary team to deliver high-quality services, ensuring excellent care standards.
- Hold a level 7 qualification registered by CORU, demonstrating expertise in social care.
- Demonstrate knowledge of quality assurance practices and their application to service delivery.
- Prior experience working in residential settings with individuals with intellectual disabilities.
- Familiarity with Person Centred Planning and national disability standards.
- Comprehensive induction process for a smooth transition into the role.
