Site Manager Role Summary

This is a key leadership position in our construction projects, overseeing the planning and execution of site operations to deliver high-quality results on time.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Direct and coordinate the activities of site teams to ensure efficient and safe working practices
  • Manage project timelines, milestones, and budgets in collaboration with the project management team
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, quality standards, and environmental policies
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including contractors, suppliers, and clients, to maintain effective communication and resolve issues promptly
  • Conduct regular site inspections to identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions

Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in residential housing developments, with a strong track record of delivering projects on schedule and within budget
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and site management best practices
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities, delegate tasks effectively, and communicate complex information to various stakeholders
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to adapt to changing circumstances and constraints
