Site Administrator Job Description

This role is ideal for a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to lead the administration of our construction projects in West Dublin.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Documentation Control: Ensure accurate and timely documentation of project progress, including site reports, memos, and orders.
  • Daily Site Office Operations: Manage the daily activities of the site office, ensuring smooth communication between teams.
  • Administration: Handle administrative tasks related to site matters, including timesheet management.
  • BCAR Administration: Oversee the administration of Building Certification Authority Requirements (BCAR).
  • Weekly Progress Reports: Assist with compiling weekly site progress reports.
  • Site Order Book Management: Maintain an up-to-date site order book and reconcile orders with delivery dockets.
  • Health and Safety: Manage Health and Safety paperwork, ensuring compliance with regulations.
  • Material and Plant Management: Collaborate with the foreman to manage materials and plants on site.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 2 years' experience as a Site Clerk/Site Administrator/Site Secretary/Document Controller in the construction sector.
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and time management skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
