About the Role:

Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Site Manager to oversee all on-site activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations. You will lead and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to guarantee deadlines are met, while maintaining accurate site records, progress reports, and compliance documentation.

Main Responsibilities:

  1. Manage all on-site activities, ensuring smooth day-to-day operations.
  2. Lead and coordinate subcontractors and direct labour to ensure deadlines are met.
  3. Ensure works are carried out in accordance with design, specifications, and health & safety standards.
  4. Liaise with the Project Manager, Quantity Surveyor, and Design team to manage progress, quality, and costs.
  5. Maintain accurate site records, progress reports, and compliance documentation.
  6. Drive a culture of quality, safety, and continuous improvement on site.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager on residential housing developments.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, building regulations, and site management best practices.
  • Ability to manage subcontractors and communicate effectively with all stakeholders.
  • Excellent problem-solving and organisational skills.
  • Full driving licence required.
