Job Title: Programme Leader

 

Role Overview:

We are recruiting a Programme Leader for an exciting residential development in Kildare.

This role will involve managing large commercial and residential projects, ensuring timely completion and quality of work.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate and monitor construction drawings, specifications, and work requirements.
  • Liaise with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
  • Report to the Contracts Manager.
  • Direct and manage personnel, site staff, and subcontractors.
  • Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate with the Contracts Manager and Site Engineers.
  • Communicate effectively with local authorities and housing bodies.

Requirements:

  • Degree in Construction Management or similar (third-level qualification).
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working with a Main Contractor on Housing Developments in Ireland.
  • Ability to effectively manage site programmes and associated schedules to required deadlines.
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time.
  • Proficiency in computer and database applications such as Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint.
