Project Lead Opportunity

Key responsibilities include overseeing new developments from greenfield to handover, coordinating construction drawings and specifications, and managing site staff and subcontractors.

  • Develop and implement project schedules and associated deadlines.
  • Coordinate with the design team to ensure works are completed according to the programme.
  • Direct and manage personnel, ensuring effective management of site programmes and associated schedules.
  • Monitor construction to ensure quality of work and coordinate with Contracts Manager, Site Engineers, and Service Coordinators.
Requirements
  • Third-level qualification in Construction Management or similar field.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience working on housing developments in Ireland.
  • Ability to effectively manage multiple priorities and tasks to meet required deadlines.
  • Experience managing multiple subcontractors at a time.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Project/PowerPoint applications.
