We are seeking an experienced pension scheme administrator to join our team.

About the role:

This is a challenging and rewarding role that involves administering and managing a portfolio of corporate insured pension schemes.

  • Administer and manage a portfolio of corporate insured pension schemes.
  • Oversee all aspects of day-to-day scheme administration with accuracy and efficiency.
  • Handle queries from client companies and scheme members in a professional and timely manner.
  • Work closely with consultants and client managers to ensure client files are fully compliant.
  • Complete group pension and risk renewals, as well as accounts, for allocated portfolios.
  • Ensure all statutory disclosure requirements are met, including issuing Member Benefit Statements, Trustee Annual Reports, and settling scheme benefits.
  • Manage group pension and risk claims efficiently, including death and disability claims.

Requirements:

  • 3 years' + experience in pensions administration, ideally within financial services, life & pensions broker, or a consultancy environment.
  • Strong numerical and analytical skills with exceptional attention to detail.
  • Proven ability to prioritise workloads and meet deadlines effectively.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook (intermediate level).
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
  • Flexible, adaptable, and enthusiastic with a proactive approach.
  • Confident problem-solver with a strong work ethic and commitment to quality.
