Financial Operations Specialist

This role presents a unique opportunity to join our dynamic finance function on a temporary basis. Immediate impact is expected, with opportunities to grow and develop skills.

  • ">
  • Process and post creditor invoices accurately and efficiently.">
  • Complete daily bank reconciliations to ensure financial accuracy.">
  • Manage weekly payroll for approximately 20 staff using BrightPay software.">
  • Prepare and submit VAT returns in compliance with regulations.">
  • Provide detailed daily cash reporting to stakeholders.">
  • Support the team with month-end reporting requirements.">
  • Perform ad hoc finance and office duties as needed.">

  • Possess ATI qualification or equivalent experience.">
  • Hold a minimum of 5 years' bookkeeping experience in a similar role.">
  • Demonstrate strong proficiency in Sage 50 and BrightPay software.">
  • Exhibit advanced Excel skills for data analysis and manipulation.">
  • Demonstrate ability to work independently and manage workload effectively.">
  • Show attention to detail and accuracy in all tasks.">
  • Be available to start at short notice.">

Fully onboarded candidates will work onsite in Dublin but may also have the option of one day per week remote work from home once settled into their new role. Flexible working hours are available and could potentially include part-time arrangements after an initial backlog is cleared.
