Food and Beverage Team Lead

Main Responsibilities:
  • To lead and develop the Food and Beverage team's skills, resulting in delivering a superior guest experience.
  • To manage the team in the absence of the Food and Beverage Manager.
  • Collaborate with the Events team to ensure all meetings and events are managed to the highest levels.
  • To create and implement Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and ensure adherence at all times.
  • Work closely with the culinary team and maintain consistent communication to ensure excellent service for our guests.
  • Ensure guest satisfaction by promptly attending to their requests and enquiries courteously and efficiently.
  • Maintain and monitor the service levels of the Food and Beverage, ensuring Food Service areas & team members are clean and presentable at all times.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • A minimum 1 year's experience in a supervisory or similar role with the ability to work independently.
  • Ability to prioritize activities on multiple projects with minimal supervision.
  • Provide support to other members of the team as may be necessary from time to time to meet business demands.
  • The ability to work shift work and be available to work 40 hours per week.
