Project Administrator Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Administrator to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for efficiently undertaking and coordinating all site administration duties on a project, providing administrative support to the Contracts Manager and the wider team.

The role involves managing, tracking, and recording general site correspondence on company databases, administering labor, plant, materials, and returns, and assisting the Health and Safety team to record and administer health and safety documentation.

Key Requirements
  • 2-3 years' experience in a similar role, with previous construction experience being beneficial.
  • Excellent organizational skills are required, with the ability to prioritize work requirements and have proven experience of handling multiple tasks.
  • IT skills – MS Office packages and database experience.
