Job Description:

This role is responsible for overseeing day-to-day site operations to ensure the smooth delivery of a project from groundwork to completion.

The Site Manager will work closely with the Project Manager and senior management team to maintain programme, safety, and quality targets while fostering strong relationships with subcontractors, suppliers, and design teams.

">Key Responsibilities
  1. Manage on-site activities to ensure works are completed safely, efficiently, and to the highest standard.
  2. Coordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and direct labour to maintain programme deadlines.
  3. Monitor project progress and report on key milestones to senior management.
  4. Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and company policies.
  5. Oversee quality control and snagging to maintain the contractor's premium standards.
  6. Build and maintain strong working relationships with clients, consultants, and all project stakeholders.
Requirements:
  • A proven track record as a Site Manager with a main contractor, ideally on high-quality residential projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, health & safety, and building regulations in Ireland.
  • Excellent organisational and leadership skills, with the ability to manage teams and subcontractors effectively.
  • A results-driven mindset with a commitment to delivering projects on time, within budget, and to the highest level of quality.
