Residential Construction Project Lead

Job Role:
We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Site Engineer to oversee and ensure high-quality work on residential construction projects in the Dublin area.
Main Responsibilities:
- Plan, coordinate, and supervise all engineering aspects throughout the project.
- Work closely with site personnel to deliver projects to the highest possible standard.
- Set out from engineers' drawings, site surveys, as-built drawings.
- Read and interpret drawings for layouts, materials measurement, etc.
- Work with subcontractors/general workforce on site.
- Plan works in an efficient manner to ensure programme targets are achieved.
- Liaise with client's representatives/design team members as appropriate.
- Ensure all works are carried out to the highest Health and Safety standards.
- Maintain site records as required.
Requirements:
- 4+ years' relevant experience.
- Completed a third-level qualification in Engineering or related discipline.
- Strong interpersonal skills, written, and oral communication skills.
- Self-motivating to deliver on safety, quality, and programme.
- Strong IT Skills.
- Ability to work as part of a team.
- Full driving license.
