Residential Construction Project Lead

We are seeking an experienced construction professional to lead and coordinate site operations on a reinforced concrete frame project forming part of a major new residential development in Swords. The successful candidate will have a proven background in RC frame structures to 5+ floors and the ability to manage programme, quality, safety, and productivity on a busy live site.

  • ">
  • Supervise day-to-day site works with particular focus on reinforced concrete frame packages (foundations, vertical and horizontal elements, slabs, cores).">
  • Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and direct labour to meet programme and quality standards.">
  • Enforce health & safety on site, ensuring compliance with company and statutory requirements.">
  • Monitor progress, productivity, and sequencing of works, report to the Project Manager.">
  • Liaise with design team, engineers, and client representatives to resolve technical and buildability issues.">
  • Maintain accurate site records, permits, inspections, and daily reports.">
">Required Skills and Qualifications:">
  • ">
  • 5+ years' experience as a General Foreman / Site Manager on reinforced concrete frame projects to mid-rise level.">
  • Strong knowledge of temporary works, formwork systems, and sequencing.">
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills, with ability to manage large crews and multiple trades.">
  • Up-to-date knowledge of Irish construction regulations, health & safety, and QA systems.">
  • Trade or engineering background (carpentry, concrete, civil/structural, etc.) advantageous.">
