Residential Construction Project Manager Opportunity

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee residential construction projects in Dublin.

The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of construction processes, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage and coordinate subcontractors and construction teams effectively.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee all aspects of residential construction projects from planning to completion.\

  • Coordinate and manage subcontractors, suppliers, and construction teams to ensure efficient and timely project delivery.\
  • Conduct regular site inspections to monitor progress, quality, and safety compliance.\
  • Resolve any issues or conflicts that may arise during the construction process.\
  • Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and local authorities.\
  • Ensure that all construction activities align with project specifications and design requirements.\
  • Lead by example and motivate the team to achieve project goals.\
  • Identify opportunities for improvement and implement changes to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.\
  • Stay up-to-date with industry developments, best practices, and regulatory requirements.\\[
Requirements:\

  • Proven experience as a Construction Site Manager or similar role in the residential construction industry.\
  • In-depth knowledge of construction management processes, building codes, and safety regulations.\
  • Strong leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and coordinate construction teams.\
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.\
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills to interact with project stakeholders.\
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet project deadlines.\
  • Proficiency in project management software and tools.\
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management, civil engineering, or related field.\
