Residential Construction Project Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Senior Site Engineer to oversee and coordinate residential construction activities in North East Dublin.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise on-site construction activities, providing technical inputs and resolving technical issues
- Ensure compliance with building regulations, health and safety standards, and company policies
- Liaise with project managers, architects, engineers, and subcontractors for smooth construction progress
- Prepare and maintain accurate site reports, records, and documentation
- Conduct regular quality control inspections and quality assurance checks to ensure workmanship meets required standards
- Monitor and manage material usage, equipment, and resources on site to optimize productivity and minimize wastage
- Provide technical support and guidance to the site team and subcontractors as required
- Assist in preparing project schedules, work plans, and method statements
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in civil engineering, with experience working as a Site Engineer in the residential construction industry. They should have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively manage a site team and liaise with various stakeholders.
