Residential MEP Project Manager

We are seeking an experienced professional to oversee and manage multiple fast-paced residential projects in the Dublin area. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to drive project success in a dynamic environment. Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage multiple residential projects concurrently, ensuring timely delivery and efficient project execution.
  • Champion the implementation of modern construction methods and best practices to enhance efficiency and quality.
  • Ensure the highest standards of safety, quality, and compliance with industry regulations are adhered to on all projects.
  • Drive project success by aligning with project goals from the outset, focusing on key deliverables, timelines, and budgets.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in a similar role within the residential construction sector is essential.
  • In-depth knowledge of safety and quality standards within the construction industry.
  • Strong background in managing MEP systems for residential projects.
