Experienced MEP CAD Technicians are in high demand due to the growing complexity of building services systems. We're looking for a skilled professional to join our team as a CAD Technician, responsible for producing precise and accurate drawings and layouts that support design development.

This is a fantastic opportunity to work on high-profile projects in a dynamic and forward-thinking environment. As an MEP CAD Technician, you'll play a key role in delivering innovative solutions across various sectors, including commercial, residential, healthcare, and data centre projects.

About the Role
  • Collaborate with MEP engineers and designers to create detailed 2D and 3D CAD drawings for mechanical, electrical, and plumbing systems.
  • E nsure all drawings meet project specifications, industry standards, and client requirements.
  • Manage drawing documentation, revisions, and updates throughout the project lifecycle.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as an MEP CAD Technician within the building services or construction industry.
  • Proficiency in AutoCAD (essential) and familiarity with Revit/BIM 360 (desirable).
  • Strong understanding of MEP design principles and coordination processes.
  • Excellent attention to detail, organizational skills, and ability to meet deadlines.
