MEP Project Coordinator

Ours is a dynamic MEP services role where you will be responsible for coordinating all phases of the MEP services from pre-construction to commissioning and verification.

Responsibilities
  • You will play a key role in ensuring that MEP works on site are carried out in accordance with BCAR requirements and health and safety standards.
  • You will chair coordination meetings of all MEP contractors on the project and co-ordinate liaison with client-provided trades and suppliers.
  • You will track change and/or discrepancies between project drawings and technical specifications, providing weekly report-outs to the project teams.
  • You will lead the commissioning process and demonstrate MEP systems to clients/client representatives in accordance with design parameters.
  • You will assist in the production and upload of BCAR documentation and co-ordinate timely submittal of the Safety File Data for the client on project completion.
Requirements
  • A relevant third-level or professional qualification.
  • 3-5 years' experience in a similar role.
  • Excellent IT skills and a strong working knowledge of Microsoft suite.
  • Ability to navigate BIM models.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Good planning and organisation skills.
  • Ability to work well under pressure and within a strict deadline environment.
  • Excellent time management & organisational skills.
