Residential Construction Project Leader

Main Responsibilities- Evaluate work activities and plan necessary resources in line with the project schedule.
- Coordinate site personnel and subcontractors, collaborating closely with the design team and other stakeholders.
- Maintain accurate records according to company guidelines.
- Promote a professional image for the organization and provide guidance and technical advice to the site team.
- Effectively manage plant and site facilities to achieve deadlines.
- Bachelor's degree or HETAC qualification, or relevant trade experience.
- Background in residential developments is essential.
- Knowledge of current building regulations and certification standards.
- A strong sense of accountability for tasks and projects.
- Attention to detail and methodical approach.
