Sustainable Sourcing Professional.

Description:
Cpl, in partnership with Pfizer, is seeking a Sustainable Sourcing Professional to join the team for a 6-month fixed-term contract. This role offers a hybrid working model.

Main Responsibilities:
This role encompasses various responsibilities including driving continuous improvement in supplier engagement KPIs through:
- Quarterly support and updates to Pfizer spend analysis with the analytics & insights teams
- Identifying top Suppliers/CMOs and segmenting by procurement categories
- Sharing prioritization with internal champions to improve SBTi % and validate commitments at risk
- Acting as the point of contact for supplier inquiries on Pfizer programs, initiatives, and SBTi
- Proposing science-aligned targets for suppliers requesting evaluation out of SBTi
- Elevating GBS/SES profile for NZ through internal training and engagement with site colleagues
- Maintaining the Supplier Impact team's SharePoint site
- Supporting preparation for ESG supplier summit and SBTi Call-to-Action events
- Creating standardized Supplier Engagement Playbooks for sourcing teams and colleagues for SRM or RFx discussions
- Using AI to segment suppliers by emissions, identifying key partners for strategic engagement, and tracking progress
- Analyzing, summarizing, and presenting information in formats such as PPT, Excel, and Word
- Contributing to internal discussions on supplier impact strategy and 2030 roadmap
- Coordinating with the broader NZ team (ES Law, SEO, Analytics & Insights) for data presentation, communication, and reporting

Additional Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will also be responsible for managing supplier communication related to externally facing events, driving internal and external supplier engagement efforts, and engaging with relevant subgroups and programs to explore opportunities for Pfizer suppliers and participate in RFI/RFP activities.

Requirements:
