Sustainable Sourcing is crucial for our business success. We are seeking a professional to drive continuous improvement in supplier engagement KPIs.

About the Role
  • Lead the way in developing and implementing sustainable sourcing strategies.
  • Identify top suppliers and segment by procurement categories.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve Sustainability metrics.
  • Act as the point of contact for supplier inquiries on our programs, initiatives, and Sustainability goals.
  • Elevate the profile of our organization through internal training and engagement with colleagues.
  • Maintain the Supplier Impact team's SharePoint site.
  • Support preparation for ESG supplier summit and Sustainability Call-to-Action events.
  • Create standardized Supplier Engagement Playbooks for teams and colleagues.
  • Use data analytics to segment suppliers by emissions, identify key partners for strategic engagement, and track progress.
  • Analyze, summarize, and present information in formats such as PPT, Excel, and Word.
  • Contribute to discussions on supplier impact strategy and Sustainability roadmap.
  • Coordinate with the broader team for data presentation, communication, and reporting.

The ideal candidate will facilitate procurement processes for supplier engagement initiatives, ensure adherence to internal policies, legal requirements, regulations, and ordinances, and work with us to fully integrate sustainable sourcing practices within our overall sourcing process.

This role involves managing supplier communication related to externally facing events, driving internal and external supplier engagement efforts, engaging with industry organizations, overseeing Sustainability initiatives, and developing new supplier relationships.
