Maintenance Excellence Leader

The role of Maintenance Excellence Leader is to drive a culture of continuous improvement and maintenance excellence. This involves ensuring that equipment, stores stocks, and spare parts lists are maintained and up to date.

  • Organize staff within the department, including holiday cover and time management.
  • Oversee training, safety awareness, attendance records, and technician motivation.
  • Maintain calibration systems and ensure compliance.
  • Establish and maintain a computerized maintenance management system (CMMS).
  • Lead department audits and supervise Reliability Engineering activities.
  • Analyze and improve key maintenance parameters such as asset utilization, maintenance costs, PM compliance, and schedule adherence.

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Supervisor with a craft qualification in electrical or mechanical trades. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 3 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or a similar environment, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
