Key Treasury Position

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced finance professional to join our team in a key treasury role. As Associate Manager, Rhq Treasury, you will play a crucial part in supporting the company's operations and goals by managing RHQ liquidity and funding initiatives.

You will lead analysis of RHQ and regional funding structures, recommend changes to maintain efficient funding, and support I/C loan portfolio administration process including interest rate settings, interest settlements, review performance of existing loans, and identification new IC loans.

Additionally, you will perform RHQ cash generation and funding analysis to support allocation of excess cash including investment strategy, and tax liability funding. You will also lead for RHQ currency exposure matters including analysis of monthly results, exchange rate variance analysis and projects and cashflow and balance hedging program exposure reporting.

We are looking for someone with:

  • A Bachelors degree in finance, economics or related field
  • Minimum 6 years of finance-related experience including treasury, banking or international treasury
  • Strong analytical skills
  • Understanding of foreign exchange accounting and management
  • Excellent communication, organization, and self-management skills

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of working in a fast-paced environment and be able to develop and sustain relationships internally with business units and cross-functionally. Experience with centralized Treasury function and derivative execution platforms would be advantageous but not essential.
