Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Driver/Valet to join our team. As a key member of our operation, you will be responsible for cleaning and preparing vehicles for rental, driving vehicles to and from designated locations, and performing pre- and post-rental inspections.

Responsibilities:

  1. Cleaning and prepping vehicles for rental, ensuring they meet our high standards of cleanliness and safety.
  2. Drive vehicles to and from designated locations, keeping accurate logs of movements on our app.
  3. Perform pre- and post-rental inspections to ensure vehicles meet company standards.
  4. Auditing the quality of vehicles both inside and outside.
  5. Tracker installation/removal and activation/deactivation.
  6. Complete necessary paperwork and documentation accurately and efficiently.
  7. Communicate effectively with team members to coordinate vehicle movements and prioritise tasks.
  8. Completing safety and maintenance checks on vehicles.
  9. Adhere to all company policies, procedures, and safety guidelines.
  10. Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanour at all times, representing the company in a positive light.
  11. Ad hoc duties as directed by Management.

Requirements and Qualifications:

  • A full clean B driving licence held for a minimum of 2 years is essential.
  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required.
  • 40 hour working week Monday to Saturday, with Saturday work required.
  • Physical ability to perform tasks such as bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods is essential.
  • Previous experience in a similar role is preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately is required.
  • Excellent time management and organisational skills are essential.
  • Ability to work efficiently both independently and as part of a team.
  • Strong ability to multi-task and manage pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • Good communications skills - both written and verbal.
